Exodus 22:28-30

²⁸ “Do not curse God, or a ruler of your people. ²⁹ Do not wait before giving Me a gift from your gathered grain and the fruit of your fields. You will give to Me the first-born of your sons. ³⁰ You will do the same with your cattle and your sheep. The first-born will be with its mother seven days. On the eighth day you will give it to Me.
